Real Housewives” Star Jen Shah Promises to Make Amends with Victims of Her Alleged Fraud Scheme

Salt Lake City, UT (Feb 18, 2023) – Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah has pled guilty to federal fraud charges. The reality star was accused of running a telemarketing scheme that defrauded hundreds of victims out of millions of dollars.

Shah was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering. She faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000.

In a statement released after her plea, Shah said she was “truly sorry” for her actions and that she was “committed to making amends and reconciling with the victims of this fraud.” She also said she was “working with the government to ensure that all of the victims are made whole.”

Shah’s plea comes after a lengthy investigation by the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office. The investigation revealed that Shah and her co-conspirators had defrauded hundreds of victims out of millions of dollars.

The victims of the fraud were mostly elderly and vulnerable people who were promised large returns on their investments.
