In light of the spreading coronavirus pandemic, Wasatch Defense Attorney’s want to do our part to contain its spread and to implement our government’s recommendations. We do this out of concern for the safety and health of our clients and hard-working staff.
To protect everyone from any unnecessary risk of exposure to the Coronavirus, future appointments can be conducted by telephone, videoconferencing, email, texting, etc.
If needed, we can continue in-person appointments and keep our office. We routinely clean all frequently touched surfaces in the workplace, such as workstations, countertops, and doorknobs and practice frequent hand washing and sanitizing. We ask that no person feeling ill and no children accompany you to the law firm.
Even though there have been some Court Closures, they are still conducting Bail Hearings. Please reach out to us, we can help!
We anticipate this policy will continue through this month and possibly into April, 2020.
Please rest assured that Wasatch Defense remains committed to providing your business with high-quality legal services. Utah courts are still open and functioning, however, trials are limited.
Some of the information out there about COVID-19 is correct and, unfortunately, some is not. We encourage anyone with questions about this pandemic to check out the information published by the CDC or WHO. If we all take reasonable precautions, we will be fine. Together, we will get through this.
