After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Wichita State University, Franklin received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas. He brings experience from both sides of the aisle having served as a Deputy District Attorney for four years. Franklin has honed his skills in criminal law and developed a deep understanding of the justice system.
