Emily Garcia earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law, where she focused on criminal law, family law, and trial advocacy. Prior to law school, Emily completed her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in History at Boise State University. Originally from Idaho, Emily began her legal career in public defense, working on a wide range of misdemeanor and felony cases. Over time, she became focused on handling sensitive crimes, including cases involving allegations of sexual misconduct, domestic violence, and crimes against children. Her experience in these areas has allowed her to become a strong advocate for clients facing serious and emotionally charged accusations.

Originally from Idaho, Emily now proudly calls Utah home. She brings a personalized and strategic approach to each case. Her goal is to ensure every client feels heard, supported, and powerfully defended throughout the legal process.
